An artwork designed to encourage an aura of security and tranquillity in the viewer by the use of symmetry and orderly formation of squares. A playfulness has also been incorporated by the painting technique, allowing new forms to be created amongst the layers of squares.
The colour palette has been chosen to heighten the feeling of serenity - blue hues inspiring mindfulness; deep browns inciting reliability, whilst also adding warmth; green to convey balance and pink tones to add an element of comfort.
Its ideal placement would be in an environment where you might go to be thoughtful, to concentrate or to relax.
